The bookmobile is essentially a mobile extension of the Welland Public Library, designed to bring services directly to those who might not easily access a phyiscal branch. By traveling to special events, community organizations, schools, and popular recreational spots, the bookmobile helps expand access to our programs, services, and resources in a flexible and inclusive way.
