On Thursday mornings in May, the Welland McMaster Family Health Team is holding their Healthy Aging Workshop series at the Seaway Mall branch of the Welland Public Library. Their Dietitian, Occupational Therapist, Pharmacist, Nurse Practitioner, Social Worker, and Health Educator will present information and answer questions about various topics related to healthy aging.
