Hospice Niagara Grief Walk Group

The Hospice Grief Walk welland povides opportunity for people who are experiencing loss of a loved one to gather, walk together, talk about their grief, and share their stories. The group is facilitated by trained Hospice Niagara volunteers. To register, please complete a program referral form.
