Introduction to Reflexology

Join Sylvie from Sylvie’s Esthetic Experience as she shares her knowledge of reflexology. Reflexology, also known as zone therapy, is based on the theory that reflex points on the hands, head, and feet correspond to other parts of the body. The reflex points, when manipulated by fingers and thumbs, help the body to reduce stress and tension, increase blood and nerve response, and achieve a balance that may promote healing. Each participant will receive a reflexology book.
