Local Artist Call Out

In partnership with the Art Gallery of Welland, we are looking for artists to take part in our Local Artist Day on September 19, 2026 from 1:30-4:30 pm. Share your work with the community, connect with fellow creatives, and celebrate local talent at the library.

Artists working in all media are welcome.

Terms and Conditions:

Displays must be appropriate for all ages (i.e. no vulgar/rude or images, obscenities will not be tolerated).
Displayed artwork must be original.
Artists are responsible for transporting their artwork to and from their assigned display location. Welland Public Library cannot store artwork.
Artists are solely responsible for the display(s) of their work, including signage, hanging, easels, and applicable props/tools to display their work.
Artists not selected for this event will be kept on file for consideration for future, similar events.
Display area is limited; one 6 ft long table will be provided.

I acknowledge that Welland Public Library is not responsible for any loss or damage that may occur artwork on display. I further acknowledge that entry is taken to be express agreement to all above Terms and Conditions by participants.
