Proctoring

The Welland Public Library offers a free exam proctoring service to support the lifelong learning goals of the Welland community.

 

Exams must be arranged in advance with library management and are written during regular operating hours, provided there is a qualified employee available to supervise. Any costs involved in proctoring (e.g. photocopies, mailing or faxing charges) are borne by the writer of the exam. Exams must be completed 30 minutes before closing. The staff member proctoring the exam does not observe students on a continual basis, but will monitor their progress intermittently.
