Presented by the Welland McMaster Family Health Team’s Health Educator, this 5-week session aims to provide caregivers with information on how to prevent burnout, strengthen competence, and improve their knowledge and skills. The last day will be a hands-on caregiving skills session, including tips and strategies from an Occupational Therapist. You care for them. We care for you. To register, please call 905-704-3660.
