PD Day: Inner Peace with Powerhouse Project
(Children and Teens) This program, presented by Young Caregivers Association, Powerhouse Project is dedicated to channeling the inner peace we have inside of us so we can help ourselves feel cool, calm, and collected. Participants will receive a craft kit and learn about mindfulness.

We all need peace - but in a busy world, peace can be hard to find! This program, presented by Young Caregivers Association, Powerhouse Project is dedicated to channeling the inner peace we have inside of us so we can help ourselves (and the world around us) feel cool, calm, and collected. Participants will receive a kit and learn about mindfulness, play a unique reflective inner peace board game, make peace jars and "Zen" dens!
