Winter Walk

Lace up your boots, button your parka and come take a walk-through Merritt Island with local naturalists from the Niagara Peninsula Conservation Authority. We will learn about tree and wildlife identification in the winter, nature journaling and apps that you can use to track and record nature and ways to contribute to citizen science. Please dress for the weather as even though Merritt Island Trail is a paved trail (considered easy walking), winter weather may cause some slippery conditions and the path may not be plowed. Weather permitting.
