Community Needs Assessment

About the Project

Welland Public Library (WPL) is undertaking a Community Needs Assessment (CNA) to ensure our library branches and service points can support growth, access, and safety over the next 15 years. This CNA builds on WPL’s new Strategic Plan (2026 – 2030) to provide directions regarding existing and future library spaces.
